Roadside Assistance Technician

Canberra roadside require a fully licenced driver who has experience within the automotive repair industry, accompanied by a true passion for helping others. This role will be best suited to someone who is located on the North side of Canberra.

A successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A good driving record, including a clean & current license
  • Flexibility & reliability in meeting work demands
  • Exceptional customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills

This Full-time role covers a variety of operations from attending flat batteries, locked keys, flat tyres, to fault diagnosis and conducting minor mechanical repairs. This role is initially only vacant on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) with further potential to grow within the business across your employment.

You will need to be a qualified Mechanic or Auto Electrician, or someone with extensive mechanical aptitude or background. You will have a genuine desire to help people and be reliable and accountable for your service at all times. You will be responsible for fault diagnosis, minor mechanical repairs and accurate reporting of job details through our job dispatching system.
